1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to OccasionAI (accessible at https://occasionai.in). By accessing or using our website, styling wizard, credit balance, or AI styling services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not access or use the platform.

2. Eligibility & Google OAuth Authentication

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your legal jurisdiction) to use OccasionAI. Access to the styling wizard requires authenticating via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials and for all activities that occur under your authenticated session.

3. AI Styling Credits & Pricing Rules

OccasionAI operates under strict credit accounting rules:

• 2 AI Credits = 1 Complete Personalized Look: Generating a bespoke styling recommendation along with a personalized look visual requires exactly 2 AI credits.
• Free Weekly Allocation: Authenticated users receive 2 AI credits per calendar week (resetting every Monday at 00:00 IST). Unused free credits do not roll over or accumulate.
• ₹99 Look Pack (One-Time Purchase): Grants 5 purchased credits immediately upon payment. Purchased credits do not expire and persist until consumed.
• ₹299/month Style Subscription: Grants 30 subscription credits per billing month via recurring Razorpay subscription.
• ₹499/month Style Plus Subscription: Grants 60 subscription credits per billing month via recurring Razorpay subscription.

Priority of credit consumption is strictly: (1) Subscription Credits, (2) Purchased Credits, and (3) Free Weekly Credits.

4. Credit Reservation & Technical Fail-Safe Refunds

When you initiate a look generation, 2 AI credits are atomically reserved prior to executing AI calls. If the styling pipeline technically fails or times out during processing, OccasionAI's server-side fail-safe automatically refunds the 2 reserved credits back to your exact account balance buckets.

5. Subscription Billing & Cancellation

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly via Razorpay Subscriptions API until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to your next renewal date through your account interface or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, recurring billing ceases immediately, and unused subscription credits remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

6. Nature of AI Recommendations & Visualizations

Styling recommendations, Look DNA blueprints, and generated look images are provided for personal sartorial guidance and entertainment. Generated look visualizations are illustrative digital renderings showing garment drapes and color harmonies styled on your photo. They do not constitute custom tailor fitting measurements or medical/dermatological advice.

7. Third-Party Merchant Items & Product Links

OccasionAI discovers and matches recommended looks to real fashion items sold by third-party retailers (e.g., Myntra, Amazon India, Ajio, Fabindia, Manyavar, Nykaa).

• Independent Merchant Checkouts: OccasionAI is not a merchant or reseller. Clicking a product link redirects you directly to the retailer's external website.
• Price & Stock Availability: Retailers independently set and modify product prices, size availability, discounts, shipping fees, and return policies. OccasionAI does not guarantee that recommended items will remain in stock at the exact price shown.
• Merchant Disputes: Orders placed on third-party merchant sites are strictly between you and the respective merchant. OccasionAI is not liable for merchant shipping delays, defective goods, or retailer refund disputes.

8. Prohibited Misuse & Abuse

You agree not to:

• Upload photos of third parties without their explicit consent, or upload offensive, obscene, or illegal content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or extract platform code, algorithms, or product catalog databases.
• Bypass credit reservation controls, exploit billing bugs, or use automated scripts to consume platform resources.
• Use OccasionAI for fraudulent commercial resale or unauthorized automated services.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, editorial guides, Look DNA frameworks, visual design systems, and software code on OccasionAI are owned by or licensed to OccasionAI. You retain ownership of your uploaded photos.

10. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, OccasionAI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service or purchase of third-party products.
