OccasionAI provides digital AI styling services accessed through AI styling credits. Credits are credited to your account upon successful payment verification by Razorpay:

2. Automatic Technical Failure Credit Refunds

Generating 1 personalized look requires 2 AI credits. Credits are reserved atomically when you initiate look creation.

• If a generation request fails due to an AI server error, network timeout, or technical database failure, our server-side fail-safe automatically refunds the 2 reserved credits back to your account balance.
• Compensating audit entries are logged in your account transaction ledger (`public.entitlement_transactions`). You do not need to file a support ticket for technical generation timeouts.

3. Subscription Cancellation Rules

You may cancel your ₹299/mo Style or ₹499/mo Style Plus subscription at any time prior to the next billing renewal date:

• No Cancellation Fees: Cancelling your subscription stops all future recurring charges via Razorpay.
• Access Retention: You retain access to your active subscription credits until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
• Unused Purchased Credits: Cancelling a monthly subscription does not affect any purchased ₹99 Look Pack credits, which remain in your balance indefinitely.

4. Monetary Refund Policy

OccasionAI provides digital access to AI styling compute, visual profiling, and catalog matching services upon purchase.

Commercial Refund Policy: Except as expressly set out below or required by non-excludable legal rights under applicable law, all purchases of ₹99 Look Packs and ₹299/mo or ₹499/mo monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once processed.

• Duplicate Transactions: If your bank account or card was charged multiple times for a single order due to a payment gateway latency glitch, we will refund the duplicate transaction upon verification.
• Non-Excludable Legal Rights: Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any statutory consumer rights or guarantees that cannot legally be waived or excluded under Indian law.

5. Third-Party Retailer Purchases

Monetary refunds for clothing items, shoes, or accessories purchased from third-party merchant sites (Myntra, Amazon, Fabindia, Ajio, etc.) are strictly governed by the respective retailer's return and refund policies. OccasionAI does not handle merchant returns, garment exchanges, or product shipping refunds.
